Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 batch store-bought pizza dough (whole wheat preferred)
2 pounds white or red grapes
1/2 cup light brown sugar
Leaves from 1 sprig rosemary
Freshly ground black pepper

- Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly oil a 10 by 15-inch baking sheet, then use your hands to stretch out the pizza dough on the prepared baking sheet.
